    Call & scope

    A 30-minute call about the problem, not the technology. You get a written scope with a price and a delivery date — free, and yours to keep either way.

  2. 02

    Build in the open

    Weekly demo of something you can click. Commits land in your repository as they happen, so progress is visible without status meetings.

  3. 03

    Test & harden

    Automated tests on the paths that matter, plus manual checks on real devices. Bugs found before launch cost you nothing.

  4. 04

    Launch & hand over

    Deployment, monitoring, backups and a short handover doc. Then 30 days of fixes included, and optional maintenance if you want me on call.

One developer, senior, accountable.

I am Boyan Mihovski, and BoyanSoft is me. I have spent my career on both sides of software delivery — writing production code and testing it — which is why quality is not a separate phase here.

Working with a solo developer means no account manager, no handover between a salesperson and a stranger who inherits your project, and no padded team. It also means I take on a small number of projects at a time, and I say no when I am not the right fit.

Based in Bulgaria, working remotely with clients across Europe and North America.

Questions clients ask first

Who actually writes the code?

I do. BoyanSoft is a one-person studio, so the person you brief is the person who builds, tests and deploys your software. Nothing is passed to a junior team or an offshore subcontractor.

How do you price a project?

Small, well-defined work gets a fixed price after a short scoping call. Longer or evolving projects run on a weekly rate, so you can stop, pause or change direction at any week boundary.

How long does a project take?

A focused internal tool or automation is usually 1–3 weeks. A full web application with accounts, payments and an admin area is typically 4–10 weeks, depending on scope.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The source lives in your repository from day one, and full ownership transfers to you on final payment. No proprietary platform, no lock-in.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Often, yes. I start with a short paid audit of the current code, tests and deployment setup, then give you an honest read on whether it is cheaper to fix, extend or rewrite.
